Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns
If NightStack isn’t right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the items must be in resalable condition. To start a return, email nightstackco@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email nightstackco@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

How to Start a Return
Email nightstackco@gmail.com with your order number to begin. We'll reply with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Items returned outside the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
