We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition — undamaged and free of heavy wear. There's no restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at [support email] with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — you won't need to send the item back.

How to Start a Return
Email [support email] with your order number to begin. We'll reply with return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Items returned outside the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
