Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
After processing, US delivery takes up to 5-9 business days. International delivery can take up to 7-12 business days.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email us at shopline.assist@gmail.com and we'll track it down or make it right.
